Certain works are also subject to the copyright of the journal, publisher, or symposium in which they first appeared, and those rights remain with their holders.
What you may do
You are welcome to read anything here, and to download or print a single copy of a work for your own study or for classroom use. You are welcome to link to any page on this site. Brief quotation with attribution, as permitted by law, needs no permission.
What requires written consent
Beyond the personal use described above, no part of this site may be used without the prior written consent of Blake T. Ostler. That includes:
